Kids Menus--- why do we feed our kids the most unhealthy foods on a kids menu? When they grow older, do you think they will all of a sudden want to eat "adult food?"

I agree with a kids menu having smaller portions then the regular menu but when did it mean mac n cheese, chicken nuggets, burgers and fries?

Maybe the kids menu should be renamed future diabetes, heart disease and cancer menu.
You are the greatest example for your children; they will eat what they see you eat.
Main ingredients:
1. Ground meat
2. kale
3. Shredded cheese

Other ingredients:
Siete chips-grain free, nacho flavored
Sauteed onion
Organic sour cream
Baby bell peppers
Cilantro from the garden
Hide the kale under the ground meat...hehehehe

All you need is tuna, avocado mayo and organic rice pasta.

We also added: green olives, sweet peppers, celery, and fresh parsley, cilantro, and thyme from the garden.

You can add onion, peas and other favorite veggies.

Use the ingredients you already have and create your tuna salad masterpiece!

1. Set oven to BAKE at 350 degrees F.
2. Remove organic sticker from squash🤣
3. Fill baking dish with 1-2 inches of filtered water
4. Place whole squash in pan with the water.
5. Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender and easy to cut.
6. Remove from oven carefully and slice in half.
7. Use spoon to scoop out seeds.
8. Use fork to scrape out "spaghetti" scraping all the way down to the yellow skin of the squash.
9. Serve with butter or mariana (tomato sauce).
10. Yum! That was easy and healthy!
